1. Acceptance

Use of this site constitutes acceptance of these terms. SovereignClaw is a product of ExecLayer Inc., a Delaware C-Corp.

2. Early Access

Early access is granted at ExecLayer's sole discretion. No redistribution, sublicensing, or reverse engineering. NDA required for technical documentation.

3. Intellectual Property

SovereignClaw, ExecLayer, and Iron Kernel are trademarks of ExecLayer Inc. Patent applications pending: USPTO 74981727, 74483691, 73809451, and 72763061. All code and documentation is proprietary.

4. Limitation of Liability

Enterprise evaluation only. ExecLayer Inc. liability is limited to the amount paid. No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Governing Law

State of Delaware. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration.

6. Changes

30 days notice to registered contacts for material changes.
